El Patio del Hotel Restaurant takes its name from the place where it is located: inside the courtyard of the Hotel Santo Domingo, a former 18th century convent converted into a 4-star hotel. A unique building located in the heart of the city, with walls built of masonry and brick to frame the rectangular openings that make up its two facades, which are still those of the old convent.
