Cortijo La Panadera
Cortijo La Panadera was built in 1920 and renovated in 2009. It has been classified by the Consejería de Turismo y Deporte de la Junta de Andalucía as a Casa Rural with Superior Category. The refurbishment work was not easy to achieve what was desired, but in the end it was a cosy and comfortable holiday retreat to enjoy with family or friends.

- Visit of the Iberian Pig. Learn about the breeding process of the Iberian pig and the habitat where it lives. The visit ends with a tasting of Iberian products.
- Ham Cutting Workshop. Live cutting of ham or shoulder ham D.O. Los Pedroches with explanation of the cutting techniques and characteristics of the 100% Iberian product.
- Visit to a drying room with tasting. We show you the curing process and how, after 40 months of waiting, we obtain a Los Pedroches Denomination of Origin ham. We finish with a tasting of Iberian products.
- Guided tour of the Dehesa. We show you an ecosystem declared “Biosphere Reserve” where the Iberian pig, the Retinta cow and the Merino sheep live. We finish with a tasting of products from the meadow.
