Cortijo located in the heart of Sierra Morena in an ideal enclave for lovers of rural tourism. Just two kilometres from the town of Villaviciosa de Córdoba.
This farmhouse, located in a large estate of 250 hectares, has a capacity for 20 people, divided into 5 rooms with double beds and 10 single beds.
All rooms are fully equipped to be enjoyed both indoors and outdoors.
La Calera’s rooms
La vivienda rural tiene una disposición en forma de “U”.
The left wing is distributed:
- 2 bedrooms with double bed, one of them with an extra bed and both with en suite bathroom.
- 1 bedroom with double bed
- 2 bedrooms with 2 beds, 1 complete bathroom and 1 toilet with shower.
The right wing is distributed:
- 2 bedrooms with double bed plus extra bed and both with en suite bathroom.
- 2 bedrooms with twin beds and 1 complete bathroom.
Common areas
In the central area of the house there is a meeting place, with a large kitchen with central island, connected to the living-dining room, all large rooms. The kitchen is equipped with a 5 ring gas hob, oven, microwave and fully equipped with kitchenware.
It also has a large pantry where the refrigerator is located. In the living room there is a ping-pong table, American billiards, a sitting room with sofas and television and a large spiral staircase leading to the upper floor.
Outside, you can enjoy the sunrises and sunsets on the porch, take a dip in the swimming pool and take advantage of the large expanse of garden to relax or have a good time with the little ones at home.
Among other comforts, the house has central heating and hot water. And for the coldest days, there are two fireplaces where you can relax while the house is heated.
In order to enjoy the natural setting in which the house is located, La Calera has a viewpoint on the terrace located between the two wings of the house, with a size of 400 m2, where the swimming pool is located.
