Experiences and wines
Get to know first-hand the “Insensatos” project, the new wines that we have produced in Cañada Navarro de Montilla. This project has focused on the production of five new wines from a careful selection of grapes from 5 vineyards in the Montilla mountain range. Through a process of zoning and temperature-controlled fermentation, we have produced a new range of wines from the vats. All of them have different nuances depending on the origin of the grapes, the climate and the territory.
