These lands, together with the climate and the privileged nature of this area, make it the ideal place for rearing Iberian pigs, which roam free, fed on holm oak acorns in winter and pasture in summer, factors which, like genetics, determine the quality of the product.

It is the dehesa of Añora that allows the Iberian pig to feed on the best possible raw material: the holm oak acorn, which is characterised by its high content of natural sugars and gives Los Pedroches ham its characteristic sweet flavour.

  • Factory of sausages and derivatives of the Iberian pork from Los Pedroches, where more than 30 types of products are made and where the packaging, storage, labelling and distribution system is carried out.
