Friday 6 May: includes conferences such as ‘Present and future of professions related to sheep’ or ‘Extensive livestock farming, value, marketing and consumption’. In addition, there will be round tables focusing on the Shepherd’s Museum and digitalisation and innovation in the countryside.

Tastings, exhibitions and samplings will complete this day at the Fair.

Sunday 8 May: it will begin with a shepherd’s breakfast and the presentation of the ‘Huevada’ of Villafranca de Córdoba.
