Programme

Friday 6 May: includes conferences such as ‘Present and future of professions related to sheep’ or ‘Extensive livestock farming, value, marketing and consumption’. In addition, there will be round tables focusing on the Shepherd’s Museum and digitalisation and innovation in the countryside.

Saturday 7 May: workshops will be held on making soap with lanolin or artisan cheeses; others on weaving with macramé techniques and gastronomy linked to cheese; others dedicated to weaving with macramé techniques or to gastronomy linked to the product. Tastings, exhibitions and samplings will complete this day at the Fair.

Sunday 8 May: it will begin with a shepherd’s breakfast and the presentation of the ‘Huevada’ of Villafranca de Córdoba. Huevada’ of Villafranca de Córdoba, followed by exhibitions, workshops and performances that will bring the 9th edition of the will put the finishing touch to the 9th edition of the Shepherds’ Fair.
